A native iOS App for property agents to visualize the properties that they have to the potential customers so that they can make property buying decisions easily by means of a virtual tour using 360 view.
Background
Property agents that has been working in the property business for about 2 years will definitely have a lot of experience and a lot of clients. But the problem is all of the clients are employees, because all of them are employees, when they want to see the house, they usually ask to see them on weekends. With limited capability property agent will most likely reschedule or even dismiss the clients.
Based on interview with few experienced property agents, most of them have 3 major problems. Inefficient Workflow, most of them have 10 potential client every day, and it requires 1 hour/client to manage. Hard on Scheduling, On weekends there's tons of people that want to make appointments, but property agent can only take 20% of them. House Tour took too much time, property agent potential client usually spend minimum 1 hour for House Tour.
That is where HouScene come from.
With HouScene, now Eva can get her customers to see her houses easier and faster without worrying about schedules and having a lot more people to buy her houses.
